Buddhu is an offensive term in India that deliberately insults somebody's intelligence or capacity to learn. Buddhu is a person who is gullible and easy to take advantage from him. Buddhu is also referred as Fool. A fool is a harmlessly deranged person or one lacking in common powers of understanding.
